Qualifications:

• Enrolled in higher education or completed BA 
• Tuberculosis test
• Reliable transportation or local to neighborhood clients
• Some experience in tutoring or teaching preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience and ability to explain difficult concepts in a simple and understandable way
• Ability to work with students of all ages grades K-8
• Knowledge of different teaching methods and strategies
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to student needs and preferences
• Minimum GPA requirement of 3.0 for undergrad tutors and 3.5 for grad school tutors.
• Strong academic performance in the subject area they wish to tutor.
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology for online tutoring sessions.
• Commitment to upholding academic integrity and ethical standards.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and complete any required training or certifications.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate clients needs.
• Passion for education and a desire to help others succeed academically.
• Reliable computer with WiFi for virtual tutoring

Job Description: Your role will involve providing tutoring services to scholars assigned to you in all subjects. You will be responsible for creating cool strategies to help them learn based on their learning style, conducting tutoring sessions, and tracking student progress, and helping them meet academic goals. 

Compensation: You will be paid $20 per hour for your tutoring services. Payment will be made on a bi-weekly basis via direct deposit.
